After the proposal is accepted and the payment is completed, I gather all the information about your travel style and the experiences you don’t want to miss, then I prepare a first draft with optimized stops, timing, and suggestions. You’ll receive this first version within 3 weeks, as each itinerary is fully personalized and carefully detailed.

Finalizing and delivery
After your feedback, I refine the itinerary and prepare the final version, ready to be used for your trip. You’ll receive it within a maximum of 1 week.
Before your departure, I’ll remain available for any questions or clarifications.

How much does a tailor-made itinerary cost?
Every itinerary is designed from scratch around your needs. You won't receive a standard travel plan, but a journey created specifically for you. That's why the price varies depending on the length of your trip, the level of personalisation required, and the work involved in creating it.
Itineraries start from 180€ (for trips of at least 7 days). Before any work begins, you'll always receive a personalised quote with no obligation.
For trips longer than 3 weeks, a travel consultation is a better option to define your ideas, itinerary and overall travel plan, rather than creating a detailed day-by-day itinerary.

Yes, the first draft is meant to adapt the trip to your needs. You can request changes until the final version is completed. Once the final itinerary has been delivered, no further modifications are included.
No, I don’t handle bookings directly. However, I provide all the necessary links and references so you can book everything independently.
An exception is tours between San Pedro de Atacama and the Salar de Uyuni, where I can also assist with booking and coordination.
